One set of folders for all accounts

Recent improvement helps to move e-mails from one account to another. Was the first step toward being able to drag to one set of folders for those who don't want a set of folders for each account. The new improvement has an extra step that isn't needed. Also, once the e-mail is converted to another account and filed in folder it appears as unread. Shouldn't be as it was read before converting.
