Text snippets - Save and recall groups of text

Canned emails aren't very efficient. Clients ask similar questions, and responses contain similar paragraphs and text, but rarely are responses identical. They are too obviously canned, cold and not personalized.

I find it much easier to compile an email by copying lines or snippets of text with the relevant answers, than starting with a canned email and then having to re-read and edit the whole thing.

So my feature suggestion would be a text snippets section in the sidebar of Mailbird that allows users to just quickly copy saved text snippets to the clipboard, to be able to paste into the email composer.
