Remove Formatting to "Text only"

I wanted to submit a feature for a future release - and this would be a "Remove formatting from emails" - both in Replying to and Composing a new message.

First part: A "Default" format, which would basically be "Text only" - to remove all the formatting / Colours / fonts and so on from the whole message.

The second part: A remove formatting button in the compose window - if one copies a snippet, tit always drags along the formatting, and with the different themes and Windows-Darkmodes and so on, this would be a tremendous help for users who reply to lots of different emails from different people, or work with snippets a lot?
With the plethora of systems and "Style Choices", stripping all the stuff away in a single click would be a terribly useful feature!
