Search box : prediction

Typing few characters in the search box should display suggestions like in Gmail search as many times I don't know the spelling name of a person and if wrong spelling is typed it doesn't show in the search result.

When composing email if for e.g. email address is surname.firstname@company.com then if I type firstname then there is not email prediction. I mostly compose email using firstname as surname can be common to many people from different company.

Please fix these issues.
