Mute individual e-mail threads

The possibility of muting individual mail threads would avoid getting countless notifications from one single e-mail. Imagine you're in a group or in a mail that was CC-ed to a lot of people and you just don't care or wanna receive notifications everytime a new mail hits your inbox. I remember Nylas once had such function and it was great.
