edit left window pane

Allow user to resize the left window pane where all email accounts are listed, so you can see more or less of each account"s Inbox, Sent, etc folders down the left hand side of the screen - currently if one has 15+ email accounts those sub-folders are too far down and you have to scroll through the pane to be able to see them. Resize the boundaries of the 2 left hand side panels, this is the solution
