Filtering that works

The filtering is so basic it's almost not worth having in the current state. Filtering should do the following:

1. There should be a way to stop processing other rules on a message when one of the rules are met OR there should be conditional expressions you can use to prevent mail from ending up in a continuous loop which has happened to me on several occasions.

Use Case: You have an email address and aliases. You setup a filter to put email to an alias from anyone into a separate folder for organization. Someone sends you a message both to the alias address AND your main email. In it's current state the filter keeps acting on the same message making it impossible for you to read it because it keeps swapping from folder to inbox.

2. The filtering rules should have priority or ranking so you can set certain filters above others.
