Configurable proxy support

I know Mailbird has proxy support, yet it lacks the ability to alter these just for Mailbird.
Sometimes you want to have a program use a different proxy than your webbrowser (the one Mailbird uses).
Add functionality to have configurable proxy support like shown in the image.
