Option to Remove in app Advertising from Paid Versions

Windows Desktop version includes a small yearly "Cybermonday Sale" banner and context menu says "Invite Friends - Get Mailbird Business Pay Once FREE"- neither can be opted out of. This is ok for free version NOT PAID version.
