Ability to add a "virtual" folder (across several accounts)

Let's say that, in all my accounts, I do have a folder 1-To-do, I'd like to be able to create a virtual folder "1-To-do" collecting all emails from all accounts, like it does for the unified Inbox, Trash, etc.
Basing the system on the exact same name in every account seems seems sufficient, and the way to go...
