Filters: New email sounds and notifications for filtered messages

When a new mail arrives sound is played to know the arrival of new mail, but if a mail filter is created to move emails from specific email address to a specific folder there is no sound played for new mail arrival and hence the mails are missed until we go and see the mails by opening the mailbox.

This is a very important feature and the new mail arrival sound should be played in any such case whatever the filter condition be. Unless and until the user specifically mutes the sound new mail arrival sound should be played.
