Vertical scroll bar operation

The vertical scroll bar has continued to be a major annoyance to this otherwise good email program. When attempting to use the scroll bar to find an earlier email, it will not and does not operate smoothly, as a scroll bar should. It stutters, stops, skips, a small movement creates a big jump. It is simply awful, and I am surprised it is not known on your end.
