Allow selecting custom account icons from external image files (jpg, png etc.)

It would be very handy to have custom icons (or at least more icons, such as each letter of the alphabet) for the mail accounts, so that I can easily identify them. For example, I have 3 google account, and they all just have the G in them. Lots of personal email accounts are not intuitively distinguishable just from their icon.
