Send later: Offline sending

Schedule email messages to be sent at the desired date and time regardless if Mailbird is running and if computer is online or not at that time.

Note, that this requires storing the user's username and password on the external server so even though it would be encrypted and built with the highest security standards, it could still be considered as less secure than the online version where all the data is stored on the user's computer.
