Filters: Names and ordering

The filters do not have the naming capability so they present as a jumble in the filter list. The ability to name and to sort filters would be helpful.

It would also be helpful to be able to re-order filters into the priority of operation and to be able to stop filtering after a rule has been processed.

With a long list of filters, we need to be able to sort the list by From, To, and Action or Folder (destination).

Also, the Settings dialog box should remember its dimensions. Working with lots of filters, I always have to re-size the list so I can see more lines. The dialog should stretch the list area when the dialog itself is stretched. Also, please remember last state of Unified or <account> choice.

Perhaps most importantly, allow me to search the filters list. Filters can get very un
