Notes for incoming e-mails.
We can add notes to the mails in Outlook as you know. To do this, we right-click on the flag icon in the flag column for the message to which we want to add a note. Then we select Custom from the popup menu. On the Custom dialog box, we can select a ready-made note from the Flag to drop-down list or we can write our own messages. Like, "no response needed", "ready", "follow", or anything else we want, so our messages (notes) display as part of the subject line on the message in our list of email messages. Or we can also add a note to the body of an email message. To do this, we enable editing of the message from the drop-down menu. I think the functionality will increase if a similar feature comes up.

Deborah MergedI order a lot of stuff. It's handy to be able to change the subject of an order confirmation to include the item ordered, or a due date on the delivery email.

Pawel from Mailbird Admin@Deborah It is not possible to edit the subject of the email unless you wrote the email so I merged your request into notes idea - it should have the same benefit of finding by custom notes.
