"Add to Contact" option for contact adress in any email content

why I can not add a new email contact in forwarded or any email? you may see in the picture, our assistan forwarded an email to us but I am unable to add that email adress to my contact list. I am doing right click on the email but no any "add to contact" option.

I can rigth click on the income mail name and able to save it as contact but the problem is that, mailbird has not an option to save an email adress in the mail content.
